According to the invention, the technical problem in the prior art that the high-voltage system protection needs to be subjected to signal transmission and logic operation of a central control unit, and transmission and operation delay is generated is solved, the rapid protection delay is shortened to be within 20ms, rapid and accurate protection of the network over-current fault of the high-voltage system is realized, and the over-protection risk is avoided.
