The invention provides a vehicle charging control method and device, a vehicle charging system and a vehicle, the vehicle comprises M charging ports and N switch units, the positive electrode and the negative electrode of each charging port are respectively connected with one switch unit, and M is an integer greater than 1; the method comprises the following steps: after at least one external charging device is connected with at least one charging port, obtaining the number of switch units which are sintered in N switch units; and controlling the external charging device to charge or cut off the power of the charging port according to the number, or controlling the external charging device not to charge the charging port according to the number. According to the method, when the vehicle is charged by multiple guns and the switch units are sintered, the external charging equipment can be controlled to charge or cut off the power of the charging port according to the number of the sintered switch units, or the external charging equipment is controlled not to charge the charging port according to the number, so that the safety of a driver and passengers is ensured, and the normal charging requirement is met.
