The invention discloses a line hanging device and method on an overhead line and a flaw detection robot. The line hanging device comprises a device rack, a hoisting mechanism, two sets of lifting ropes and two sets of line hanging modules. The two wire hanging modules are arranged on the two sides of the machine frame respectively. Each wire hanging module comprises a transverse moving mechanism, a lifting mechanism, a wiring wheel mechanism and a wire guiding mechanism. The rack is in transmission connection with a hoisting mechanism arranged on the ground through two groups of lifting ropes, one ends of the two groups of lifting ropes are fixedly connected with the hoisting mechanism, and the other ends of the two groups of lifting ropes respectively penetrate through the two groups of wire guiding mechanisms and then are fixedly connected; the guide mechanism is used for guiding the lifting rope; the transverse moving mechanism is arranged at the top of the rack and is in sliding connection with the lifting mechanism; and the lifting mechanism is fixedly connected with the wiring wheel mechanism. In the whole overhead line hanging process, ground recycling and secondary hanging do not need to be carried out, meanwhile, the overhead line hanging device can adapt to the application situations of vertical distribution and non-vertical distribution of overhead lines so as to meet the hanging requirement of a complex cable environment, and therefore the line hanging efficiency is improved.

    本发明公开了一种架空线路上挂线装置、方法及探伤机器人,装置机架、卷扬机构、两组吊绳和两组挂线模块;两组挂线模块分设于机架两侧,每组挂线模块包括横移机构、升降机构、走线轮机构和导线机构;机架通过两组吊绳与设于地面的卷扬机构传动连接,两组吊绳的一端与卷扬机构固定连接,两组吊绳的另一端分别穿绕两组导线机构后固定连接;导线机构用于导向吊绳;横移机构设于机架顶部,并与升降机构滑动连接;升降机构与走线轮机构固定连接。整个架空线路上挂线过程中,无需进行地面回收再进行二次上挂,同时可以适应架空线路垂直分布和非垂直分布的应用情形,以满足复杂电缆环境的上挂需求,从而提升了挂线效率。
