The invention belongs to the technical field of electric ships, and relates to a pure electric ship automation system and an integration method thereof. According to the system, a network communication protocol of an energy management system and a battery management system of the whole ship is optimized in an application layer, and under the condition that an independent host of a network monitoring system is cancelled, monitoring and displaying of big data of the battery management system by the network monitoring system are achieved. The energy management system is used as the host of the network monitoring system, and the network monitoring system and the existing energy management system are integrated, so that the hardware and wiring of the network monitoring system are greatly reduced, the reliability of the network monitoring system is enhanced, the cost of the electric ship is reduced, and the popularization and application of the electric ship are facilitated.
