The transverse working track is connected between the two longitudinal working tracks in a sliding mode, the transverse working track is perpendicular to the longitudinal working tracks, the pipeline clamping assembly is connected to the transverse working track in a sliding mode, the pipeline clamping assembly comprises a working fixator, a working sliding block and a working clamping jaw, and the working clamping jaw is connected to the bottom of the working sliding block; the working sliding block is in sliding connection with the working fixator, the working fixator is in sliding connection with the transverse working rail, and the sliding direction of the working sliding block is perpendicular to the sliding direction of the working fixator. The problem that in the prior art, operation is very inconvenient for pipelines needing to be transversely or longitudinally transported is solved.
