The invention discloses a film roll lifting device which comprises a rack, a horizontal moving mechanism and a clamping and lifting mechanism. The machine frame is installed on one side of the rolling work area and stretches over the film roll packaging table. The horizontal moving mechanism comprises a moving frame and a moving frame driving assembly; the movable frame is movably installed on the rack, and the movable frame driving assembly can drive the movable frame to move between the winding work area and the film roll packaging table. The clamping and hoisting mechanism comprises two sets of lifting rod assemblies and two sets of width adjusting driving assemblies; the liftable suspender assembly comprises a mounting seat, a lifting gear motor, an outer fixed cylinder, an inner lifting cylinder, a first lead screw, a lifting sliding block and a hanging rod; the mounting seat is movably mounted on the moving frame and can move along the axial direction of the film reel under the driving of the corresponding width adjusting driving assembly; the hanging rod is inserted into or withdrawn from a roll core of the film roll, and the film roll is driven to ascend or descend by the liftable hanging rod assembly. The film roll lifting device is high in working efficiency; the working process is stable, and the film roll is not prone to being damaged.
本发明公开了一种膜卷起吊装置，包括机架、水平移动机构和装夹起吊机构；机架安装于起卷工作区的一侧，横跨于膜卷包装台正上方；水平移动机构包括移动架和移动架驱动组件；移动架活动安装在机架上，移动架驱动组件能驱动移动架在起卷工作区和膜卷包装台之间移动；装夹起吊机构包括两套可升降吊杆组件和两套调宽驱动组件；可升降吊杆组件包括安装座、升降减速电机、外固定筒、内升降筒、第一丝杠、升降滑块和挂杆，安装座活动安装在移动架上且在对应的调宽驱动组件的驱动下能够沿膜卷轴线方向移动；将挂杆插入或退出膜卷的卷芯内，由可升降吊杆组件带动膜卷上升或下降。本发明的膜卷起吊装置工作效率高；工作过程稳定，且不易对膜卷造成损坏。
