The invention discloses an aircraft body skin crack repairing and redundant object taking-out method, and relates to the technical field of airplanes, and the method comprises the following steps: carrying out nondestructive testing on an aircraft body skin crack area to determine a crack tip; digging the crack by using a milling tool to form a hole, wherein the hole covers the crack area of the airframe skin; carrying out nondestructive testing on the dug-out aircraft body skin crack area again; a suction tool penetrates through the hole to enter the machine body, redundant substances in the machine body are adsorbed, and the suction tool is moved out after adsorption is completed; manufacturing patch blocks made of the same material as the aircraft body, and filling the holes with the patch blocks; and the patch block is fixed on the airplane body by using a rivet. The method for repairing the aircraft body skin crack and taking out the redundant materials can be used for repairing the aircraft body skin crack area, and the redundant materials in the aircraft body can be taken out in the repairing process so as to prevent the redundant materials from influencing the work of the aircraft.
