The invention provides a method for pulse heating of a power battery of an electric automobile and the electric automobile, the electric automobile comprises a plurality of motors and a plurality of three-phase bridge arms, the bridge arm midpoint of each three-phase bridge arm is used for being connected with a three-phase winding of one motor, and each three-phase bridge arm is used for being connected with the power battery through a direct current bus. The control method comprises the following steps: controlling each three-phase bridge arm to generate pulse current on a direct-current bus; and adjusting the switching frequency of a switching tube of at least one of the plurality of three-phase bridge arms so as to reduce the phase difference of the pulse current generated by the plurality of inverter circuits. By adjusting the phase value of the pulse current output by the at least one three-phase bridge arm, the phase difference of the pulse current generated by the plurality of three-phase bridge arms is reduced, so that the heating efficiency of the power battery is improved.
