The invention discloses a vibration tester applied to a near space aircraft, which comprises a multi-layer plate arranged in a shell, a measuring module, a main control module and a program control heating unit are arranged on the multi-layer plate in a layered manner, a gap in the shell is filled with a pouring sealant, the measuring module comprises a sensor sensing unit, a filter unit and an operational amplifier conditioning unit, and the main control module is connected with the program control heating unit. The main control module comprises a digital processing unit and a collecting and editing storage unit, the circuit board of the vibration tester applied to the near space aircraft adopts a multi-layer board, the internal space of the shell is reasonably utilized to the greatest extent by adopting small-package chips and components, each module is packaged in a layered manner through the shell, the electrical clearance and reasonable layout are ensured, and the reliability of the vibration tester applied to the near space aircraft is improved. The distance between unit modules is shortened, and circuit transmission distortion is reduced. And meanwhile, packaging processing enables the equipment to have the capacity of resisting high g value overload and the like, the equipment is matched with the program control heating unit to adapt to high-altitude environment use, and reference data are provided for actual flight and design iteration.

    本发明公开了一种应用于临近空间飞行器的振动测试仪,包括:壳体内设置有多层板,多层板上分层设置有测量模块、主控模块和程控加热单元,灌封胶充满在壳体内间隙,测量模块包括:传感器敏感单元,滤波器单元,运放调理单元,主控模块包括:数字化处理单元,采编存储单元,该应用于临近空间飞行器的振动测试仪的电路板采用多层板,通过采用小封装的芯片及元器件,使壳体内部空间最大程度合理利用,通过壳体分层封装各个模块,保证电气间隙且合理布局,缩短各单元模块距离减少电路传输失真。同时封装处理使设备具备抗高g值过载等能力,配合程控加热单元适应高空环境使用,为实际飞行及设计迭代提供参考数据的效果。
