The processing module is electrically connected with a calculation module; the communication module is connected with a remote terminal, the remote terminal is connected with a big database, and the remote terminal is used for remote monitoring; according to the method, multi-source heterogeneous data is managed in a unified manner, and collection of multi-dimensional heterogeneous data is focused on; constructing a multi-dimensional sensing capability; spare part inventory is optimized, and a multi-dimensional data intelligent monitoring management mode of a main shaft hoisting system is built; safe and continuous production is guaranteed, equipment controllability is achieved through the system, and the availability, reliability and maintainability of the equipment are improved.
