A wind resistance reducing device comprises an airflow dredging mechanism, the airflow dredging mechanism is arranged on the lower portion of a rear bumper, the airflow dredging mechanism is used for dredging airflow at the bottom of a vehicle to the rear portion of the vehicle, the airflow dredging mechanism is electrically connected with a whole vehicle control unit, and the whole vehicle control unit is used for controlling opening and closing of the airflow dredging mechanism according to the working condition of the vehicle. According to the wind resistance reducing device, when the vehicle is in a high-speed working condition, the airflow dredging mechanism is actively started, airflow at the bottom of the vehicle is dredged to the rear portion of the vehicle, the wind resistance coefficient of the vehicle is reduced to reduce energy consumption, when the vehicle is in a low-speed working condition, the airflow dredging mechanism is actively closed, the airflow at the bottom of the vehicle is blocked by a rear bumper, and the airflow direction deflects; the automobile wind resistance coefficient is increased, and the automobile safety performance is effectively improved. The invention further provides a wind resistance reducing method and a vehicle.
