The invention relates to the technical field of aerostats, and provides a high-altitude balloon rapid issuing system and method.The system comprises an inflation device, an issuing device, a balloon box and a control box; a containing cavity used for containing a high-altitude balloon is formed in the balloon box. The releasing device is used for fixing or loosening a mooring rope on the high-altitude balloon; one end of the inflating device is used for being externally connected with an air source, and the other end of the inflating device can be communicated with or separated from an inflating opening of the high-altitude balloon; the control box is electrically connected with the inflation device and the distribution device and used for controlling the distribution device to move between the initial position and the distribution position, limiting the high-altitude balloons in cooperation with the limiting piece so as to adjust the positions of the high-altitude balloons and controlling the inflation device to rotate so as to cooperate with the high-altitude balloons for inflation and distribution. According to the rapid releasing system for the high-altitude balloon, through coordinated control of the inflating device and the releasing device, the length of the balloon membrane of the inflating part of the high-altitude balloon is adjusted, the wind resistance in the inflating process can be effectively improved, the number of inflating operators is reduced, and the inflating speed is increased.

    本发明涉及浮空器技术领域,提供一种高空气球快速发放系统和方法,该系统包括:充气装置、发放装置、球箱和控制箱;球箱中形成有用于安置高空气球的容纳腔;发放装置用于固定或松开高空气球上的缆绳;充气装置的一端用于外接气源,充气装置的另一端可在与高空气球的充气口连通或分离;控制箱与充气装置和发放装置电连接,用于控制发放装置在初始位置和发放位置之间移动,配合限位件对高空气球进行限位,以调整高空气球的位置,并控制充气装置转动,以配合高空气球进行充气和发放。本发明提供的高空气球快速发放系统,通过充气装置、发放装置协调控制,调整高空气球充气部分球膜长度,能有效提高充气过程抗风能力,减少充气操作人员,提高充气速度。
