According to the offshore pile driving barge, during supporting, high-speed water flow can be generated through the water pumping mechanism and conveyed to the sludge flushing mechanism through the water flow conveying mechanism to be discharged, then the water flow is guided to the lower portion through the flow guide supporting mechanism to flush and clean sludge, it is guaranteed that a soft sludge foundation is cleaned before supporting, and the relatively stable foundation is conveniently obtained as a support; and the stability of the pile driving barge during pile driving is guaranteed.
