The invention discloses a manned multi-rotor aerocar speed control method and device, terminal equipment and a storage medium, and the method comprises the steps: generating or determining an overspeed protection speed instruction according to a real-time estimation value of corrected airspeed and an airspeed limit value of a manned multi-rotor aerocar in response to triggering an overspeed protection function; based on the overspeed protection speed instruction, a target overspeed protection pitch angle instruction is determined in combination with the current longitudinal rod displacement gain; performing overspeed protection control according to the target overspeed protection pitch angle instruction, and generating an overspeed protection speed instruction according to the real-time estimated value of the corrected airspeed and the airspeed limit value of the manned multi-rotor aerocar by triggering an overspeed protection function in time; the target overspeed protection pitch angle instruction is determined in combination with the current longitudinal rod displacement gain so as to perform overspeed protection control, the air speed of the manned multi-rotor aerocar can be adjusted, the manned multi-rotor aerocar is prevented from exceeding a given speed limit value, and therefore the safety of the flight process is improved.
