The invention discloses an air conditioner heating control system and method and engineering mechanical equipment, and belongs to the technical field of engineering mechanical equipment. The system comprises a cooling liquid circulating unit, a power supply unit and a control unit, the cooling liquid circulating unit comprises a water tank, a warm air radiator, a heating circulating water pump and a water heater; the control unit is sequentially connected with an instrument control switch, an air conditioner controller, a whole vehicle controller, an all-in-one controller and a main electromagnetic relay. The main electromagnetic relay is provided with four ports, and the first port and the second port are kept normally closed and communicated on the first loop; action current is arranged in the main electromagnetic relay, a control switch is arranged between a third port and a fourth port on the second loop, and the main electromagnetic relay realizes on or off of the control switch between the third port and the fourth port according to the first working current. The working states of the heating circulating water pump and the water heater are synchronously associated, so that the fault rate of the system is effectively reduced.

本发明公开了一种空调取暖控制系统、方法及工程机械设备，属于工程机械设备技术领域。所述系统包括冷却液循环单元、供电单元及控制单元；冷却液循环单元包括水箱、暖风散热器、采暖循环水泵及水加热器；控制单元依次连接设有仪表控制开关、空调控制器、整车控制器、多合一控制器及主电磁继电器；主电磁继电器设有四个端口，第一端口及第二端口在第一回路上保持常闭连通；主电磁继电器内设有动作电流，且第二回路上的第三端口与第四端口之间设有控制开关，主电磁继电器根据第一工作电流实现所述第三端口与第四端口之间的所述控制开关的导通或关断。本发明通过将采暖循环水泵和水加热器的工作状态同步相关联，实现系统故障率的有效降低。
