The invention discloses an integrated cooling control system for a new energy vehicle and a control method of the integrated cooling control system. The control system comprises a cooling pipeline and a control circuit. The cooling pipeline is used for cooling heat dissipation equipment of the new energy vehicle, and the control circuit is used for controlling flowing of cooling liquid in the cooling pipeline; the cooling pipeline comprises a main circuit, a branch circuit A and a branch circuit B, the main circuit is connected with an expansion water tank used for filling cooling liquid, an outlet of the main circuit is connected with a first water pump, the branch circuit A and the branch circuit B are both connected to an outlet of the first water pump, the branch circuit A is used for cooling the driving motor, and the branch circuit B is used for cooling the loading motor; outlets of the two branch roads are connected with the main road through a vehicle body cooling system to form a circulation loop; the cooling liquid in the pipeline is precisely regulated and controlled, it is ensured that different devices keep a stable cooling effect, heat balance of the system is achieved, the types and the number of parts used by the whole system are small, the pipeline design is simple, and the cost is low.

    本发明公开了一种新能源车辆用集成冷却控制系统及其控制方法,控制系统包括冷却管路和控制线路;冷却管路用于为新能源车辆散热设备提供冷却,控制线路用于对冷却管路中的冷却液流动进行控制;所述冷却管路包括一条干路、支路A和支路B,干路上连接有用于加注冷却液的膨胀水箱,干路的出口处连接有水泵一,支路A和支路B均连接在水泵一的出口处,其中支路A用于对驱动电机进行冷却,支路B用于对上装电机进行冷却;两条支路出口通过车身冷却系统与干路相连形成循环回路;本发明实现对管路中的冷却液精准调控,确保不同设备保持稳定的冷却效果,实现了系统的热平衡,并且整个系统使用的零部件种类和数量均较少,管路设计简单成本低。
