本发明提供一种船舶波浪模拟及补偿控制仿真方法、装置、设备及介质，该船舶波浪模拟及补偿控制仿真方法包括：建立波浪模型，以及，确定目标船舶在六个自由度的非线性运动的船舶动力学模型；根据波浪模型生成目标模拟波浪，根据船舶动力学模型及模拟波浪对目标船舶进行仿真，得到目标船舶在模拟波浪下的六自由度的位姿；采用CFD确定运动响应及补偿量，根据运动响应及补偿量确定控制参数；根据控制参数执行目标船舶的波浪补偿控制处理。本发明的有益效果为：减少波浪运动补偿研究的成本，且提高了仿真技术的准确性，能够实现波浪补偿系统多维度主动最优补偿效果。
