The invention provides a vehicle control method and device, a controller and a storage medium. The method is used for controlling a vehicle suspension and a projection detection device, and the projection detection device is used for recognizing preset foot actions to control actions of a back door. The method comprises the following steps: when a projection detection device starting condition is met, starting a projection detection device to project a preset pattern, and generating a suspension height adjusting instruction; wherein the preset pattern is used for indicating a foot action recognition area to a user; sending the suspension height adjusting instruction to a suspension controller to instruct the suspension controller to adjust the height; and when the projection detection device recognizes the preset foot action, a back door is controlled to act. Linkage control over the height of the vehicle suspension and the action of the back door can be achieved, the control process is simplified, it is guaranteed that the height of the vehicle meets the requirement of a user while the action of the back door is controlled, and therefore the user experience is optimized.
