The invention discloses a control system and method for stable hovering of an elevator driven by a permanent magnet outer rotor. The system comprises the elevator provided with a rotor and a stator, a hydraulic device, an electrical device and a monitoring device. The method comprises the steps that when the elevator is ready to hover, a shutdown balance control mode is started firstly, the balance position of a rotor is calculated according to the dynamic characteristics of the elevator before shutdown, then a zero-speed vibration suppression mode is started, and continuous vibration in the shutdown process is prevented; when the elevator is stopped and then started, the rebalance control mode is started firstly to enable a rotor to be rebalanced, and then the advanced current control mode is started to prevent car sliding during restarting; the system can effectively control the mine hoist to realize stable hovering.
本发明公开了一种永磁外转子驱动提升机平稳悬停控制系统及方法,该系统包括设有转子和定子的提升机、液压装置、电气装置以及监测装置;该方法为当提升机准备悬停时,先启动停机平衡控制模式,根据停机前提升机的动力学特性计算转子平衡位置,再启动零速抑振模式,防止停机过程中的持续振动;当提升机停机后再启动时,先启动再平衡控制模式,使转子重新平衡,再启动超前电流控制模式,防止再启动时溜车;其能够有效地控制矿井提升机实现平稳悬停。
