The invention discloses a pantograph contact pressure and vibration displacement automatic measurement system and method. The system comprises a contact pressure detection module, a contact line vibration displacement measurement module, a pantograph video monitoring module, a coming vehicle identification triggering module, a vehicle speed measurement module and a vehicle number identification module. The method comprises the following steps: S1, judging whether a train enters a monitoring area or not through a coming train identification module; s2, monitoring related data information of a coming vehicle, and identifying and detecting a vehicle number of the coming vehicle; s3, the field multifunctional control box receives the data information collected by each module and synchronizes the data to a remote control center; and S4, the remote control center sends the detection data to the user terminal. The locomotive on-line dynamic detection device can carry out on-line dynamic detection on a locomotive, and is low in cost, high in detection precision, safe and convenient to use, high in mechanical strength, good in stability and reliability and long in service life.

    本发明公开了一种受电弓接触压力及振动位移自动测量系统及方法。系统包括接触压力检测模块、接触线振动位移测量模块、受电弓视频监控模块、来车识别触发模块、车速测量模块、车号识别模块。方法包括以下步骤:S1.通过来车识别模块判断是否有列车进入监测区域;S2.监测来车的相关数据信息,并对来车的车号进行识别检测;S3.现场多功能控制箱接收各个模块采集的数据信息,并将数据同步至远程控制中心;S4.远程控制中心将检测数据发送至用户终端。本发明能对机车进行在线动态检测,其成本低廉,检测精度高,使用安全、方便,机械强度高,稳定性、可靠性好,使用寿命长。
