The invention relates to application of a new energy electric automobile technology on loader products, in particular to a dual-motor independent driving electric loader, which belongs to soil shoveling transportation machinery in engineering machinery discipline, and comprises a whole vehicle controller, a synchronous position sensor, a speed sensor, a driving motor, a gearbox, a front axle and rear axle dual-driving motor independent driving structure, a front axle and rear axle dual-driving motor independent driving structure and a front axle and rear axle dual-driving motor independent driving structure, the technical scheme that the direct gear speed ratio of the gearbox is the same and the low-speed gear speed ratios of the front axle and the rear axle are different is adopted to replace a hydraulic torque converter, and the efficiency is improved by more than 40%; the whole vehicle ECU control system controls the gear shifter to send out a gear shifting instruction, the intelligent time-sharing gear shifting function of a low-speed gear of the gearbox is achieved, the effect of small gear shifting impact degree is achieved, and gear shifting smoothness and comfort are improved; through logic processing of signals of the synchronous position sensor and the synchronous control processor, the synchronous function of the front axle driving wheel and the rear axle driving wheel is achieved, different gears of the front axle and the rear axle are combined to form a full-time four-wheel drive mode with various running speeds, and the problem that the front driving wheel of the loader slides is solved.

    一种双电机独立驱动电动装载机,是新能源电动汽车技术在装载机产品上的应用、属于工程机械学科的铲土运输机械,包括整车控制器、同步位置传感器、速度传感器、驱动电机、变速箱,通过前、后桥双驱动电机独立驱动结构,采用变速箱的直接挡速比相同、前、后桥低速挡速比不同的技术方案,替代液力变扭器,提高效率40%以上;整车ECU控制系统控制换挡器发出换挡指令,实现变速箱低速挡的智能分时换档功能,获到了换挡冲击度小的效果,提高了换挡平顺性、舒适性;通过进行同步位置传感器、同步控制处理器信号的逻辑处理,实现了前桥驱动轮与后桥驱动轮同步功能,前、后桥不同档位组合形成多种行驶速度的的全时四驱模式,解决了装载机前驱动轮滑转现象。
