本发明公开了涂油墨的AR膜、窗组件及装置，其中AR膜，包括顺次设置的涂油墨层、基材层、打底层、复合层，其中，所述复合层为增透的镀氧化钛层与降反的镀二氧化硅层的组合，所述涂油墨层为以炭黑油墨涂布形成，所述炭黑油墨其组成包括，wt.％：聚酯酸乳液25‑35％；水性蜡乳液15‑25％；炭黑10‑30％；流平剂1‑3％；消泡剂1‑2％；稀释剂余量。本发明通过设置的具有特定油墨涂层的AR膜，其在保证反射较低的情况下，降低透过率，也可以用在汽车、船等窗户玻璃，具有一定的隔热及隐私功能，也可以用在消费电子类屏幕贴膜。
