The invention provides an unmanned aerial vehicle multifunctional movable nest which comprises two mounting base rails arranged at the top of a vehicle body in parallel, and sliding rails are slidably embedded in the tops of the mounting base rails; a connecting arm is arranged between the opposite end faces, relative to the rear side tail ends, of the two sliding rails, a lifting table is arranged between the two sliding rails in a lifting mode relative to the front side tail ends of the two sliding rails, and a lifting table lifting mechanism connected with the lifting table is further arranged on the connecting arm or the sliding rails. A driven rack is arranged on the inner side of at least one mounting base rail, a driving motor is arranged on the side, close to the driven rack, of the bottom of the connecting arm, and a driving gear meshed with the driven rack is arranged at the tail end of an output shaft of the driving motor; and the driving motor and the lifting platform lifting mechanism are electrically connected with the controller. Through the sliding rail capable of horizontally moving and the lifting mechanism, lifting of the lifting table relative to the vehicle body is achieved, a user can conveniently operate the unmanned aerial vehicle, operation time is saved, and safety risks are prevented.
