The invention discloses a safe take-off and landing platform of an agricultural unmanned aerial vehicle and a take-off and landing control method of the unmanned aerial vehicle. The platform comprises a take-off and landing plane, two laser radars, adjustable supporting legs, a truss and a circuit system. The laser radar is used for measuring the obstacle distance of the plane where the laser radar is located and outputting a corresponding polar coordinate set. One face of the truss is fixedly connected with the lifting plane, the four corners of the other face of the truss are fixedly connected with the four adjustable supporting legs respectively, and rotary knobs of the adjustable supporting legs are used for leveling the lifting platform. The two laser radars are symmetrically fixed to the two ends of the diagonal line of the take-off and landing plane respectively. The circuit system comprises a single-chip microcomputer and a laser radar signal receiving circuit. The laser radar signal receiving circuit is used for receiving the polar coordinate set, and the single-chip microcomputer is used for calculating the corresponding measurement distance according to the polar coordinate set so that the unmanned aerial vehicle can carry out corresponding operation according to the measurement distance. The unmanned aerial vehicle takeoff and landing safety is improved, and the method can be widely applied to the technical field of unmanned aerial vehicle takeoff and landing safety.
