The invention discloses a fatigue driving reminding method, device and system, a vehicle and a readable storage medium, relates to the technical field of vehicles, and aims to accurately determine whether a driver has fatigue driving or not and improve the safety of vehicle driving. The method comprises the following steps: acquiring an electroencephalogram signal of a driver of a vehicle; performing time-frequency conversion on the electroencephalogram signal to obtain a time-frequency spectrogram; inputting the time-frequency spectrogram into a fatigue detection model to obtain the fatigue level of the driver; the fatigue level is positively correlated with the fatigue degree of the driver; and sending the fatigue level to the automatic driving system, so that the automatic driving system outputs alarm information under the condition that the fatigue level of the driver is greater than a fatigue level threshold value.
