The invention discloses a regional road digitization-based traffic potential safety hazard space-time troubleshooting method, which comprises the following steps of: 1, determining a research region, dividing the research region into a plurality of grids with the same size, and taking the grids as research units; 2, acquiring accident data and potential safety hazard data in each grid; 3, building a local model of space and time of the traffic accident; 4, calculating the potential safety hazard which has the greatest influence on the traffic accident in each hour through an algorithm; and 5, calculating the potential safety hazard which has the greatest influence on the traffic accident in each grid through an algorithm. According to the method, the relationship between the traffic accident and the potential safety hazard in the grid is researched, then the potential safety hazard which seriously affects the traffic accident in each hour and the grid is determined, and the spatial-temporal characteristics of the potential safety hazard are comprehensively considered, so that factors closely related to traffic safety can be found out more accurately, and the traffic safety is improved. And more targeted suggestions are provided for traffic management and planning.

    本发明公开了一种基于区域公路数字化的交通安全隐患时空排查方法,其步骤包括:1、确定研究区域,并将研究区域划分为多个大小相同的网格,并以网格作为研究单元;2、获取每个网格内的事故数据数和安全隐患数据;3、建立交通事故的空间和时间的局部模型;4、通过算法计算每个小时内对交通事故影响最大的安全隐患;5、通过算法计算每个网格内对交通事故影响最大的安全隐患。本发明通过对网格内的交通事故与安全隐患关系进行研究,然后确定每个小时和网格内对交通事故影响严重的安全隐患,并综合考虑安全隐患时空特征,从而能够更准确地找出与交通安全密切相关的因素,为交通管理和规划提供更有针对性的建议。
