The invention discloses a double-source locomotive energy-saving noise-reduction ventilation system which comprises an internal combustion energy-saving fan and an electric power energy-saving fan, an air outlet of the internal combustion energy-saving fan passes through an internal combustion ventilation duct, the internal combustion ventilation duct is communicated with a power chamber through a first ventilation duct branch, and the internal combustion ventilation duct is communicated with an internal combustion traction motor through a second ventilation duct branch. An internal combustion section cover plate is arranged on the second ventilating duct branch; an air outlet of the electric power section fan passes through an electric power ventilating duct, the electric power ventilating duct is communicated with the main generator chamber through a third ventilating duct branch, the electric power ventilating duct is communicated with an electric power section traction motor through a fourth ventilating duct branch, and an electric power section cover plate is arranged on the fourth ventilating duct branch. According to the ventilation system, the cover plate mechanism is installed at the air inlet of the traction motor, when the double-source locomotive is in the mixed mode, the cover plate mechanism is automatically closed, the rotating speed of the draught fan is reduced while the power chamber is cooled, and the purposes of saving energy and reducing noise are achieved.
