The invention provides a side column doorsill composite material reinforcer and a preparation method thereof.The side column doorsill composite material reinforcer comprises a nylon framework, a composite material layer is arranged on the outer side of the nylon framework, the composite material layer and the nylon framework are formed in an injection molding mode, a plurality of sets of cavities are evenly formed in the inner side of the nylon framework, and the multiple sets of cavities are separated through cavity separators; the cavity partition piece and the nylon framework are integrally formed, and the composite material layer is made of epoxy resin foaming materials. The method comprises the three steps of material preparation, nylon framework injection molding and composite material injection molding, the material is composed of the nylon framework and the epoxy resin foaming material, the material density is far lower than that of metal, compared with a metal stamping part, the material has more advantages on automobile light weight, the injection molding technology is further adopted in the aspect of preparation, preparation is convenient, and cost is low. Compared with a stamping part, the structure has more design space, is small in limitation and is more suitable for lean design.

    本发明提出一种侧柱门槛复合材料加强件及其制备方法,包括尼龙骨架,尼龙骨架的外侧设有复合材料层,复合材料层和尼龙骨架采用注塑成型,尼龙骨架的内侧设有空腔,且空腔均匀设有若干组,若干组空腔通过空腔隔件隔开,空腔隔件与尼龙骨架一体成型,复合材料层为环氧树脂发泡材;方法包括材料准备、尼龙骨架注塑和复合材料注塑三个步骤,本发明通过采用尼龙骨架和环氧树脂发泡材料组成,材料密度远低于金属,相比金属冲压件,本发明对汽车轻量化更有优势,进一步的在其制备方面,采用注塑工艺,制备方便,结构较冲压件更有设计空间,局限性小,更适合精益设计。
