Whether the ground is fully covered by the water surface or not can be determined through the ground image recognition assembly, after the ground is fully covered by the water surface, the distance between the vehicle sound and the water surface can be detected through the water surface distance detection assembly, the vehicle body is controlled to ascend through the suspension lifting assembly according to the distance, and the whole process is automatically and actively completed by a vehicle control system; and the vehicle owner or other people do not need to participate.
