The invention discloses a vehicle control system and method for automatically avoiding being flooded, a vehicle-mounted terminal and a vehicle, and the vehicle control system comprises a ground image recognition assembly which is used for obtaining the image information of the ground around the vehicle, and recognizing the water surface coverage information in the image information; the water surface distance detection assembly is used for obtaining the distance between a vehicle body of the vehicle and the water surface when the ground around the vehicle is overspread with the water surface in the water surface coverage information; the communication control module is used for controlling the vehicle body of the vehicle to ascend through the suspension lifting assembly according to the distance between the vehicle body of the vehicle and the water surface, obtaining the predicted flooded time of the vehicle and sending the predicted flooded time to the vehicle owner terminal. Whether the ground is fully covered by the water surface or not can be determined through the ground image recognition assembly, after the ground is fully covered by the water surface, the distance between the vehicle sound and the water surface can be detected through the water surface distance detection assembly, the vehicle body is controlled to ascend through the suspension lifting assembly according to the distance, and the whole process is automatically and actively completed by a vehicle control system; and the vehicle owner or other people do not need to participate.
