The invention discloses an LNG ship liquid dome manhole plug storage turnover tool which comprises a bearing module, a turnover module and a fixing module, the turnover module is arranged at the lower end of the bearing module, the fixing module is arranged at the upper end of the bearing module, and a manhole plug flange face is fixed to the bearing module through the fixing module; the bearing module comprises a bearing cushion block and a bearing groove, a fixing module is arranged on the bearing groove, turning modules are arranged on the two sides of the lower end of the bearing cushion block respectively, the bearing groove is formed in the middle of the bearing cushion block, and the fixing module is arranged on the bearing groove. By means of the turnover tool, deformation of the flange of the liquid dome manhole plug in the storage and turnover process is avoided, the flange machining cost is reduced, meanwhile, the influence on the liquid cargo tank sealing period is reduced, and the mounting efficiency of the liquid dome manhole plug is improved.
