The system comprises a Beidou satellite system, unmanned aerial vehicle positioning receiving equipment, an unmanned aerial vehicle plane coordinate conversion unit, an inertial navigation integrated navigation fusion unit, an unmanned aerial vehicle-mounted measurement and plumbing point measurement device, an unmanned aerial vehicle hovering negative feedback automatic control system, an unmanned aerial vehicle elevation measurement device and a handheld controller. The unmanned aerial vehicle-mounted measurement and plumbing measurement device comprises a multi-axis IMU holder, an infrared pointing instrument plumbing device, an unmanned aerial vehicle-mounted measurement lofting painted egg marking device, an unmanned aerial vehicle-mounted electric field intensity measurement device, an unmanned aerial vehicle-mounted aeromagnetic gradient measurement device, an unmanned aerial vehicle-mounted video transmission time delay measurement device and an unmanned aerial vehicle-mounted land area measurement device. The problems that an existing unmanned aerial vehicle measurement system is low in integration level, complex in measurement, high in cost and single in measurement function are solved. The system has the advantages of high integration level, simple and convenient measurement and low cost.
