The invention discloses an eccentric weight adjusting device and an electric power inspection unmanned aerial vehicle. The eccentric weight adjusting device comprises a base, a driving part and an adjusting assembly. The adjusting assembly is rotationally connected with the base, the driving part is arranged on the base, the driving part is in transmission connection with the adjusting assembly, and the driving part is used for driving the adjusting assembly to rotate horizontally. The adjusting assembly comprises a shell, the shell is provided with a telescopic pipe, a balance weight part and a gas transmission part, the balance weight part is arranged at one end of the telescopic pipe, the gas transmission part is connected with the telescopic pipe, and the gas transmission part is used for inputting or outputting gas to the telescopic pipe and enables the telescopic pipe to drive the balance weight part to be close to or away from the rotating axis of the shell. When the gravity center of the unmanned aerial vehicle deviates, the balance weight piece is located in the direction opposite to the actual gravity center through rotation of the shell. And the horizontal state of the whole unmanned aerial vehicle is adjusted by adjusting the distance between the balance weight piece and the rotating axis. And therefore, normal flight of the unmanned aerial vehicle is prevented from being influenced by center-of-gravity shift, and the unmanned aerial vehicle has high flight safety.

    本发明公开一种偏重调节装置以及电力巡检无人机,偏重调节装置包括底座、驱动件和调节组件。调节组件与底座转动连接,驱动件设置于底座上,驱动件与调节组件传动连接,驱动件用于驱动调节组件水平转动。调节组件包括壳体,壳体上设置有伸缩管、配重件和输气件,配重件设置于伸缩管的一端,输气件与伸缩管连接,输气件用于对伸缩管输入或输出气体,并使伸缩管驱动配重件靠近或远离壳体的旋转轴线。在无人机重心发生偏移时,通过壳体的转动,使得配重件位于与实际重心相反的方向上。再通过调节配重件与旋转轴线之间的间距以实现对整个无人机的水平状态的调节。进而避免无人机因重心偏移而影响正常飞行,具有飞行安全性高的特点。
