The invention discloses a pipe gallery large pipeline concentrated pipe penetrating method which comprises the steps that multiple sections of pipe galleries are divided according to a pipe gallery pipeline diagram, the middle of each section of pipe gallery is planned as a hoisting area, the upper portion and the lower portion of the pipe gallery of the hoisting area of the first section of pipe gallery are each provided with a winch, and a clamping hook at the front end of a steel wire rope of the first winch is pulled to a mounting layer of the hoisting area; a crane is used for placing the pipeline on the steel structure of the hoisting area, and a clamping hook of the first winch is connected with the pipeline; and the first winch is started to pull the pipeline to the installation position, and the clamping hook of the first winch is pulled back to the installation layer of the hoisting area again to install other pipelines. And the steps are repeated to install the pipelines of the other sections of pipe galleries. The centralized pipe gallery pipeline penetrating method is adopted, the use efficiency of the crane is improved, the use of crane teams is reduced, the use of manpower is reduced, the site occupation condition is reduced, and the construction efficiency is improved.

    本发明公开了一种管廊大管道集中穿管方法,根据管廊管道图划分出多段管廊,每一段管廊中部规划为吊装区域,在第一段管廊的吊装区域的管廊上下部各设置一台卷扬机,将第一卷扬机钢丝绳前端的卡钩拉至吊装区域的安装层,使用吊车将管道放置在吊装区域的钢结构上,将第一卷扬机的卡钩与管道连接;启动第一卷扬机拉动管道到达安装位置,重新将第一卷扬机的卡钩拉回至吊装区域的安装层安装其余管道。重复上述步骤安装其余各段管廊的管道。本发明采用集中化管廊管道穿管的方法,增加了吊车的使用效率,减少吊车台班的使用,以及减少人工的使用,节约了现场场地占用情况,提高了施工效率。
