The invention discloses a transfer trolley system for a fan-shaped structural part. The transfer trolley system comprises a loading tool, a hoist, an electric flat car and a balance weight. The loading tool is arranged on the electric flat car, the hoist is arranged on the loading tool, and the balance weight is arranged on the side, away from the loading tool, of the electric flat car. The electric flat car is provided with a bearing plate, the loading tool comprises a main body structure, the main body structure is located above the bearing plate, an opening is formed in the side, away from the balance weight, of the loading tool, and the opening is located outside the bearing plate of the electric flat car. The side, provided with the opening, of the loading tool is not provided with a cross beam. The transfer trolley system can realize indoor transfer, also can convey the fan-shaped structural member to a test section station, can meet the transfer of various types of fan-shaped structural members, and the loading tool is provided with an opening, so that the fan-shaped structural member can move in the loading tool front and back, and can assist in completing the installation of the fan-shaped structural member.
