The invention provides a boost charging device and method, a storage medium and a vehicle, and the boost charging device comprises a DC charging interface, a three-phase inverter, a first diode, a second diode, a clutch device, a drive motor and a DC bus capacitor. The first diode is used for enabling current to flow to the power battery only from the three-phase inverter, and the output end of the three-phase inverter is connected with the driving motor; when the power supply voltage of the direct current charging pile is smaller than the charging voltage of the power battery, the clutch device is disengaged, and the three-phase inverter is used for controlling the driving motor to accelerate in a first stage and controlling the driving motor to decelerate in a second stage after the first stage, so that the voltage of the direct current bus capacitor reaches the charging voltage of the power battery in the second stage. And the power battery is charged based on the one-way conductivity of the first diode. According to the invention, boost charging can be realized, in addition, no extra inductor needs to be added, and the problem of jittering can be avoided in the charging process.
