The invention provides a self-adaptive mine hole detection robot suitable for a small hole diameter, which comprises a shell, a crawling wheel walking mechanism, a screw nut type reducing mechanism and two ball universal wheel righting mechanisms, and the two ball universal wheel righting mechanisms are respectively arranged at two ends of the shell. The lead screw nut type reducing mechanism and the crawling wheel walking mechanism are installed in the shell, and the crawling wheel walking mechanism is connected with the lead screw nut type reducing mechanism. Through the gear transmission mode and the design that the crawling wheels can be recycled into the shell, the structure is more compact, and the size is smaller; the lead screw nut type reducing mechanism enables the robot to have a reducing function, and the adaptive capacity of the robot is enhanced; and the body balance of the robot is ensured by the ball universal wheel righting mechanism, and the trafficability of the robot is enhanced.

    本发明提供的一种适用于小孔径的自适应矿孔检测机器人,包括壳体、爬行轮行走机构、丝杆螺母式变径机构以及2个滚珠万向轮扶正机构,所述2个滚珠万向轮扶正机构分别安装在壳体两端,所述丝杆螺母式变径机构和所述爬行轮行走机构安装于壳体内部,所述爬行轮行走机构与所述丝杆螺母式变径机构连接。本发明通过齿轮传动的方式和爬行轮可回收壳体的设计使得结构更加紧凑,尺寸更小;丝杆螺母式变径机构使得机器人具备变径功能,增强机器人的适应能力;滚珠万向轮扶正机构保证了机器人的机体平衡,增强了机器人的通过性。
