And the data calculation module is used for calculating and planning the vehicle speed through the data processing module according to the acquired data, analyzing whether a risk exists or not, and planning the overtaking track of the vehicle when the risk does not exist and the speed of the front vehicle is lower than the planned speed. And the planning control module performs control according to the planning decision and controls the vehicle to perform acceleration, deceleration and overtaking. When no risk exists and the speed of the front vehicle is lower than the planned speed, the vehicle is controlled to overtake; when there is no risk and there is no preceding vehicle or the speed of the preceding vehicle is higher than the planned speed, controlling the vehicle to run according to the planned speed; and when the collision risk exists, the vehicle is controlled to be braked along with the vehicle.
