Abstract

The invention provides a container lock pad detection device and method, electronic equipment and a medium, and the device comprises a plurality of image obtaining modules which are disposed on a lifting tool of a crane and are used for obtaining corner images of a container when the crane loads and unloads the container to a container yard; the image processing module is in communication connection with the plurality of image acquisition modules and is used for detecting the corner image so as to obtain a detection result of the container lock pad; and the control module is in communication connection with the image processing module and is used for controlling the lifting appliance based on the detection result. According to the invention, the labor cost is saved, and the port operation efficiency and safety are improved.

本发明提供一种集装箱锁垫的检测装置、方法、电子设备及介质，包括：多个图像获取模块，设置在起重机的吊具上，用于在所述起重机将集装箱装卸至集装箱堆场过程中获取所述集装箱的角部图像；图像处理模块，与所述多个图像获取模块通信连接，对所述角部图像进行检测，以获得集装箱锁垫的检测结果；控制模块，与所述图像处理模块通信连接，基于所述检测结果对所述吊具进行控制。本发明节省了人工成本，且提升了港口作业效率以及安全性。
