By arranging the first limiting part, limiting of the parts of the all-terrain vehicle is more stable, so that rotation or movement of the parts of the all-terrain vehicle is limited, and abrasion of the parts of the all-terrain vehicle is reduced; and the assembling performance of the parts of the all-terrain vehicle can be improved, and the parts of the all-terrain vehicle can be conveniently mounted or dismounted.
