The invention relates to a circuit of a vehicle fuel cell and a control method, the circuit comprises the fuel cell, an air inlet system and a heat dissipation system, the air inlet system comprises a humidity sensor and a humidifier, and the heat dissipation system comprises a regulating valve, a water tank, a first temperature sensing bulb and a second temperature sensing bulb; the first temperature sensing bulb is used for measuring the first temperature of a cooling water inlet of the fuel cell; the second temperature wrap is used for measuring a second temperature of a cooling water outlet of the fuel cell; one end of the regulating valve is connected with a cooling water outlet of the fuel cell through the water tank, the other end of the regulating valve is connected with the humidifier, and the regulating valve is used for regulating the amount of water flowing into the humidifier from the water tank according to the first temperature, the second temperature and the humidity measured by the humidity sensor. The battery performance is ensured.
