Abstract

The invention provides a semi-steel tire containing a microporous structure and a production device thereof, and relates to the technical field of tires, the semi-steel tire comprises a tire main body, the tire main body comprises a tire tread, an anti-puncture layer, a tire crown protection layer, a belted layer and a tire body layer which are sequentially arranged from outside to inside, tire side bodies are arranged on the left side and the right side of the tire main body, and lining layers are arranged in the tire main body and the tire side bodies. A noise reduction layer is arranged on the lining layer and comprises a porous sound absorption material, a plurality of micropores are formed in the outer surface of the porous sound absorption material, the micropores in the surface of the porous sound absorption material can absorb noise of a semi-steel tire cavity with a micropore structure, the noise reduction effect is achieved, the noise generated by the tire can be reduced when an automobile runs, and the riding comfort of passengers is improved.

本发明提供了一种含微孔结构的半钢胎及其生产装置，涉及轮胎技术领域，包括胎主体，胎主体包括从外到内依次设置的胎面、防扎层、胎冠保护层、带束层、胎体层，胎主体的左右两侧设有胎侧体，胎主体和胎侧体的内部设有内衬层，内衬层上设有降噪层，降噪层包括多孔吸音材料，多孔吸音材料外表面设置若干微孔，其表面的微孔能够吸收含微孔结构的半钢胎空腔的噪音，起到降噪效果，在汽车行驶时会降低轮胎产生的噪音，提高了乘客乘坐的舒适性。
