The invention discloses an electronic and electrical control system for engineering machinery, and belongs to the technical field of automobile part integration. Comprising a central computing unit, a front domain controller and a rear domain controller, wherein the front domain controller and the rear domain controller are connected with the central computing unit, and the central computing unit inherits the functions of a whole vehicle controller, a chassis intelligent driving domain controller and an intelligent cabin domain controller and controls all components; the front domain controller is used for connecting and supplying power and controlling a functional unit arranged at the front end of the engineering machinery; and the rear domain controller is used for connecting, supplying power and controlling a functional unit arranged at the rear end of the engineering machinery. According to the system, the front domain controller and the rear domain controller are connected with the central computing unit, cross-domain fusion is achieved, the number of iterative optimization of the domain controllers is reduced, compared with a traditional framework, the system is simpler, and the OTA upgrading difficulty of the whole vehicle is reduced. And the front domain controller and the rear domain controller can perform data interaction with the central computing unit through the Ethernet, and perform redundancy check through a CAN (Controller Area Network) line, so that the robustness of the vehicle is improved.

    本发明的一种工程机械用电子电气控制系统,属于汽车零部件集成技术领域。包括中央计算单元、与中央计算单元连接的前域控制器和后域控制器,中央计算单元继承整车控制器、底盘智驾域控制器和智能座舱域控制器功能并对各部件进行控制;前域控制器用于连接、供电并控制设置于工程机械前端的功能单元;后域控制器用于连接、供电并控制设置于工程机械后端的功能单元。本实施例的系统通过将前域控制器和后域控制器与中央计算单元进行连接,实现跨域融合减少域控制器迭代优化数量,且相对于传统架构更加精简,降低整车OTA升级难度。前域控制器和后域控制器可通过以太网与中央计算单元进行数据交互,并通过CAN线做冗余校验,提升车辆鲁棒性。
