The invention discloses a lateral ridging device for rapid highway construction and a using method thereof, and belongs to the technical field of highway construction.The lateral ridging device comprises a device body, and the device body comprises a supporting cross beam, a first loading unit and a second loading unit, the transmission unit is installed between the first loading unit and the second loading unit, the moving unit is located at the bottom of the supporting cross beam, and earthwork unloaded from the dumper enters the second loading unit through the first loading unit and the transmission unit. In the hilling process of the highway subgrade and the median strip, the dumper is close to the outer side of the curb and walks parallel to the curb without turning around, and the unloading of earthwork is changed into transverse unloading from longitudinal unloading; and meanwhile, the device body advances at a constant speed in the walking process of the dumper, automatic unloading of earthwork is achieved while the dumper advances, and manual cooperation is not needed.
本发明公开了一种高速公路快速建造用侧向培土装置及其使用方法，属于公路施工技术领域，包括装置本体，所述装置本体包括支撑横梁，设置于支撑横梁顶部两端的第一装料单元和第二装料单元，安装于第一装料单元和第二装料单元之间的传动单元，以及位于支撑横梁底部的移动单元，由所述自卸车上卸落的土方经第一装料单元通过传动单元进入第二装料单元。本发明能够在高速公路路基、中分带培土过程中，自卸车靠近路缘石外侧且平行于路缘石行走，无需转弯掉头，土方的卸落由纵向卸落变为横向卸落；同时自卸车行走过程中装置本体匀速前进，在自卸车行进的同时实现土方的自动卸落，无需人工配合。
