The multi-point synchronous mechanical lifting dragging pry device comprises a dragging pry, two driving transverse shafts and a driving longitudinal shaft are arranged in the dragging pry, and the two ends of the driving longitudinal shaft are connected with the two driving transverse shafts through a speed reducer I and a speed reducer II correspondingly; the driving longitudinal shaft is connected with the motor through an input shaft at one end of the speed reducer II; the two ends of the driving transverse shaft extend out of the dragging pry and are connected with a turbine worm lifting device through couplings. Wherein each driving transverse shaft penetrates through inner holes of turbines of the speed reducer I and the speed reducer II respectively, and the turbines of the speed reducer I and the speed reducer II drive the two driving transverse shafts to rotate respectively; a hydraulic system with a complex structure is avoided, stable and synchronous lifting of the dragging pry can be achieved by adopting small input torque, even the dragging pry is not affected by unbalance loading in the lifting process, and in addition, the lifting speed and height of the dragging pry can be accurately controlled by controlling the motor.

    本发明公开了多点同步机械式起升拖撬装置,包括拖撬,拖撬内设置有两根驱动横轴与一根驱动纵轴,驱动纵轴两端通过减速机Ⅰ、减速机Ⅱ分别与两个驱动横轴相连;驱动纵轴通过减速机Ⅱ一端的输入轴与电动机相连接;驱动横轴的两端分别伸出拖撬外部通过联轴器与涡轮蜗杆起升装置相连;其中每根驱动横轴分别穿过减速机Ⅰ与减速机Ⅱ的涡轮内孔,且减速机Ⅰ与减速机Ⅱ的涡轮分别驱动两根驱动横轴转动;本发明避免了结构复杂的液压系统,采用较小的输入扭矩就能够实现拖撬的平稳同步起升,甚至在起升过程中不受拖撬偏载的影响,另外通过控制电动机也可以精准的控制拖撬起升速度及高度。
