The invention provides a quick-mounting tool for horizontally mounting a pinion of a driving part of a shield tunneling machine, which comprises a hoisting shaft of which the outer wall of the middle part is connected with a lifting lug, a positioning shaft arranged in an inner hole of the pinion in a penetrating manner, a counterweight ring used for keeping the hoisting shaft horizontal, a positioning disc arranged on the hoisting shaft in a sliding and sleeving manner, and a connecting shaft rotationally arranged in the hoisting shaft in a penetrating manner, the positioning shaft is coaxially arranged at one end of the hoisting shaft, the counterweight rings are arranged at the other end of the hoisting shaft in a sleeving manner, the positioning disc is matched with a driving motor mounting hole and is coaxially arranged with the hoisting shaft, the two end parts of the connecting shaft are respectively connected with the positioning shaft and the driving plate, and during hoisting, the hoisting center of gravity can be shifted to the outer side of the driving part, so that hoisting is convenient; the small gear can be rapidly and accurately positioned through sliding of the positioning disc and rotation of the driving plate, after alignment is completed, the small gear can be installed only by translating the hoisting shaft inwards, time and labor are saved, the efficiency is high, rapid installation operation can be achieved, and the influence on the tunneling efficiency is small.

    本发明提供的盾构机驱动部小齿轮水平安装用快装工装,包括中部外壁连接有吊耳的吊装轴、穿设在小齿轮内孔中的定位轴、用于使吊装轴保持水平的配重环、滑动套设在吊装轴上的定位盘、转动穿设在吊装轴内的连接轴,定位轴同轴设置在吊装轴的一端,配重环有多个并套设在吊装轴的另一端,定位盘与驱动电机安装孔相匹配并与吊装轴同轴设置,连接轴两端部分别与定位轴和驱动板连接,在吊运时,能够将吊运重心偏移至驱动部外侧,方便吊运,在对位时,通过定位盘的滑动及驱动板的转动,能够对小齿轮进行快速精准的定位,在对位完成后,只需向内平移吊装轴,即可完成小齿轮的安装,省时省力效率高,能够实现快装作业,对掘进效率的影响小。
