The invention discloses an urban street slow traffic facility evaluation method based on an integral index, and the method comprises the following steps: collecting basic slow traffic facility indexes, and constructing an urban slow traffic facility index set; according to the urban slow traffic facility index set, determining a score value and a weight of each slow traffic facility index in the index set, and calculating an integral index of the urban slow traffic facility; and performing grade evaluation and optimization on the urban slow traffic facilities based on the integral indexes. The invention also discloses an urban street slow traffic facility evaluation system based on the integral index. According to the method, the technical problem of how to quantitatively evaluate the urban street slow traffic facilities and output the evaluation grades is solved.
