According to the tire cushion rubber composition, lignin and/or lignin derivative modified liquid reclaimed rubber is adopted, the liquid reclaimed rubber has phenolic hydroxyl groups, carbonyl groups and methoxyl groups, the number of double bonds and carboxyl groups is increased, and the liquid reclaimed rubber can replace tackifying resin, a softening agent and a plasticizer after being added into the rubber composition, so that the viscosity of a rubber semi-finished product is improved, and the processability of a rubber material is improved; meanwhile, the dispersion of the filler is facilitated, and the crosslinking density is improved, so that the performance of the rubber composition is improved, and the prepared tire has low heat generation performance.
本发明涉及轮胎制造再生橡胶新材料技术领域，尤其涉及一种含改性液体再生胶的轮胎垫胶橡胶组合物、混炼方法和轮胎。该轮胎垫胶橡胶组合物采用木质素和/或木质素衍生物改性液体再生胶，液体再生橡胶具有酚羟基、羰基、甲氧基、双键和羧基数量增加，加入到橡胶组合物中，可代替增粘树脂、软化剂、增塑剂，提高橡胶半制品的粘性，改善胶料的加工性能，同时有助于填料的分散，提高交联密度，从而提高橡胶组合物的性能，制备的轮胎具有低生热性能。
