The invention relates to a test area occupation reset system and method based on a grating array sensor network, a control module is used for sending a plurality of target reset instructions to a host, and the host is used for resetting a target test area according to the number of the plurality of target reset instructions and the content XOR relationship of the plurality of target reset instructions. Compared with the prior art, the method and the device have the advantages that the content and the quantity of the target reset instructions are detected before resetting, so that the problem of error resetting of the test area caused by transmission errors is effectively avoided, the safety is greatly improved, and the test area can be effectively reset after the test area equipment is electrified and started or when an individual test area is abnormally occupied. And safe resetting of the test area is realized.
