The in-vehicle touch panel comprises a panel body, a left light-transmitting area, a right light-transmitting area and an identification area, wherein the left light-transmitting area and the right light-transmitting area are formed on the panel body; the identification area is located between the left light-transmitting area and the right light-transmitting area; film grooves are concavely formed in the end faces of the sides, facing a light-emitting light source of the illuminating lamp, of the left light-transmitting area and the right light-transmitting area; a left touch diaphragm is arranged in the diaphragm groove corresponding to the left light-transmitting area, and a right touch diaphragm is arranged in the diaphragm groove corresponding to the right light-transmitting area; the left touch diaphragm and the right touch diaphragm are both light-transmitting touch diaphragms; and touch assemblies for outputting matched touch signals according to touch strokes corresponding to touch operation are respectively prefabricated on the left touch diaphragm and the right touch diaphragm. According to the invention, the illuminating lamp can present a diversified illuminating effect.
