The invention provides a wheel cylinder pressure estimation method and device, and relates to the technical field of automobiles, the method comprises the steps that a first pressure value of an electric main cylinder at the current moment and a second pressure value of a target wheel cylinder at the previous moment are obtained, the electric main cylinder communicates with a volume cavity, the volume cavity communicates with a plurality of wheel cylinders, and the volume cavity communicates with the target wheel cylinder; the multiple wheel cylinders communicate with the oil storage tank, and the multiple wheel cylinders comprise target wheel cylinders; based on the first pressure value and the second pressure value, the target flow of the target wheel cylinder at the current moment is obtained; according to a pre-obtained first mapping relation, the first volume, corresponding to the second pressure value, of the target wheel cylinder is obtained, and the first mapping relation is used for representing the corresponding relation between the volume of the wheel cylinder and the pressure value; calculating a second volume of the target wheel cylinder after the preset time period based on the target flow and the first volume; and based on the first mapping relation, the target pressure of the target wheel cylinder corresponding to the second volume is obtained. By adopting the steps, the wheel cylinder pressure estimation of the Onebox can be realized, and the estimation accuracy is improved.

    本申请提供了一种轮缸压力估算方法及装置,涉及汽车技术领域,其中方法包括:获取在当前时刻电动主缸的第一压力值,以及在上一时刻目标轮缸的第二压力值,电动主缸与容积腔连通,容积腔分别与多个轮缸相连通,多个轮缸均与储油罐连通,且多个轮缸包括目标轮缸;基于第一压力值和第二压力值,获得当前时刻目标轮缸的目标流量;根据预获取的第一映射关系,得到与第二压力值对应的目标轮缸的第一体积,第一映射关系用于表征轮缸的体积与压力值的对应关系;基于目标流量和第一体积,计算预设时间段后目标轮缸的第二体积;基于第一映射关系,获得与第二体积对应的目标轮缸的目标压力。采用上述步骤可以实现Onebox的轮缸压力估算,并提高估算准确性。
